With a diverse educational background and an extensive professional journey, Dr. Irina's commitment to providing authentic and traditional Ayurvedic treatments is unparalleled. Dr. Irina possesses extensive expertise in Indian herbal medicine and Ayurvedic formulations, specifically employed in the treatment of diverse health conditions. At Responsible-Wellness, Dr. Irina assumes a pivotal role in the examination and evaluation of indigenous regional therapies practiced by local Vaidyas, utilizing locally available resources. Through this process, she devises effective health solutions, many of which can be sourced from the surrounding community and region.

Dr. Irina embarked on her academic journey by successfully completing her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at the prestigious Muniyal Institute of Ayurveda Medical Sciences in Manipal. Her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue a Masters degree from MVR Ayurveda Medical College in Parassinikadav, Kannur, Kerala.

By working alongside renowned Ayurvedic practitioners such as the late Dr. Govindan and the late Dr. Krishnan, Dr. Irina developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the ancient healing science. In 2015, she established Pullayikody Ayurveda, a center dedicated to offering pure and traditional Ayurvedic therapies to individuals seeking holistic well-being.

Dr. Irina's expertise extends beyond clinical practice. As Kannur District Convenor of the Ayurveda Medical Association of India Women's Committee, she actively worked towards empowering female Ayurvedic doctors. Additionally, she served as the Founder Vice President of the Association of Responsible and Experiential Tourism - Malabar, showcasing her dedication to promoting responsible tourism practices.

Further solidifying her reputation in the field, Dr. Irina spent two years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rasashastra and Bhaishjya-kalpana at Major SD Singh PG Ayurvedic Medical College in Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh. During this time, she treated numerous patients with skin ailments and meticulously prepared various Ayurvedic medicines, including Chyavanaprash, Ksheerabala Taila and more.

Dr. Irinas contributions to the academic community are notable, with 13 articles published in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Her expertise extends beyond writing, as she frequently serves as a resource person in national seminars, sharing her knowledge with fellow practitioners and students alike.  Presently, Dr. Irina holds the position of Assistant Professor at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University.
